What we do
Seven areas of work, usually combined. Most engagements start with one specific problem and grow from there.
01 · Discovery
Map the business with HuskiliMap
Before we connect anything, we map it. HuskiliMap is our own tool for laying out every system a business uses, what goes into each one, what comes out, and who carries the information between them. Every hand-off is marked as automated, manual, or manual and duplicated, with a time and cost against it.
The result is a single picture of how the business actually runs. The red lines show where automation can offer the biggest gain. That is where we start, and it is how we tell you plainly what is worth fixing and what isn’t.

Systems integration
Most businesses already own the software they need. The problem is that none of it talks. We connect CRM, accounting, job management, time and attendance, document storage, Microsoft 365 and the tools specific to your trade, so that a record entered once shows up everywhere it is needed, correctly, without anyone retyping it.
Where a vendor offers an API we use it. Where they don’t, we find another way.

Custom applications
Sometimes the tool you need doesn’t exist, and sometimes what’s on the market is built for someone else’s business and charges you for it every month. We build focused applications for specific jobs: quoting systems, project and photo management, client portals, production scheduling, dashboards. They fit the way you actually work, sit alongside your existing systems rather than replacing them, and they are owned by you.
We have built everything from single-page tools that do one job well to full end to end ERP systems, and most things in between. The applications are practical, not showpieces.
04 · Lean systems
Lean systems and kanban stock control
We set up kanban end to end: the cards and bin tags, the barcodes on them, the scanners on the floor, and the software that tracks every card, flags what’s running low and raises the reorder with the supplier.
It connects to the rest of your systems like anything else we build, so purchasing, accounts and the stock-finder lights on the shelf all work from the same information.

Hardware, IoT and infrastructure
The physical side of the business is part of the system too. We design and install the devices that let the software see and act on the real world: access control and gate automation, CCTV and smart cameras, GPS vehicle tracking and mapping, coloured stock-finder lighting and live location tracking, integrated and automated label printing, PA and automated announcement systems, phone systems, networks, and the sensors and controllers that let machines and stock report back to your software.
Because the same team handles the software, the integration is designed in from the start.

Digital signage, dashboards and AV
This is how the systems talk to you. We build the dashboards and the physical screens that put your information in the right place: dedicated TVs on the factory floor, a tablet on the bench, the idle screen in a Zoom or Teams room, an app on your phone. The day’s schedule, the jobs running late, the truck that just left, shown where the work happens.
Alongside that, signage and AV in their own right: showroom and reception displays, video walls, wireless presentation, audio DSPs, and meeting-room and boardroom fit-outs.

Automation and AI
Once systems are connected, the repetitive work between them can be automated: generating documents, chasing approvals, correcting timesheets, sending reminders, reconciling payments, reporting. We build these as workflows you can see and understand, and we can host and look after them for you if that suits.
We use AI wherever it can do the work: reading and classifying documents, drafting quotes and replies, answering the phone, matching product data across suppliers, letting managers ask questions of their own data in plain English, and taking care of the repetitive admin so your team can focus on the skilled work. We build with it from the start, not as an afterthought.
